Here are some of the body parts that protect and strengthen the function of the this particular system of your body:
• Lymph Nodes are responsible for producing lymph fluids that will filter and destroy harmful bacteria from the body.
• The Spleen removes the abnormal and old red blood cells, microbes, and debris from your blood.
• Thymus shields the body against auto-immunity.
• The tonsils trap the harmful germs and bacteria that are entering in the mouth before it gets throughout the body.
To maintain a healthy immune system, there are dietary supplements designed for such purpose that will help your body especially in times when you are stressed, frustrated, and susceptible for disease.
